I have two turtles in one tank. One of these turtle, day before yesterday got red flesh coming out of its tail, other one was pulling it out.

I removed the hurt turtle from the aquarium and put it in a tub.Its perhaps its dick coming out of its tail, I saw here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcp4dF-mhz0

Since turtle's dick (not sure it is dick)it has stopped eating and dick is also not going back. I am so worried, dont know what to do?
