I'm confused as to what you are trying to ask. Putting a harness on a large dog obviously is going to f* take forever. Dogs typically don't like harnist they rather have a regular collar. Not to mention you have actual clothes you put on the puppy which they HATE. But if the dog seems happy and ready to go out once all of that nightmareish ish is over then maybe you should try to stop putting a harness on the pup. just a regular collar. and no more clothes. Also ask the dog if they need to go out sometimes dogs don't need to go out at the same time everyday if they're potty-trained they can almost tell you when they need to go out now its just a matter of you getting up n letting them out.
