I have grown dogs from puppies and learned by experience and minor sources... Now I would be interested in having a look at the same books used by veterinarians in their school. I've noticed that, for the most part, they have standardized procedures worldwide.

Textbooks are chosen by professors, so they're going to be different based on the professor. Courses also vary from school to school. So you're not going to have a set list of books.
