Why does my pregnant cat chew boxes and is chewing the edge ofit harmful for the boxkittens?

I had search this question before but then it didn't really fit in my question entirely because myMy cat, Yoda she's in, is pregnant and she. She started to chew, particularly on a boxes where she might think it's probably a safe place to give birth. 

So, I was just wondering, would it reallythe chewing affect her kittens in her belly.?

So, I was just wondering, would the chewing affect her kittens in her belly?
