Can iI feed my hermannsHermann's tortoise less often?

I have two hatchling Hermanns TortoisesHermann's tortoises, both 34 weeks old... Sherman and Tiffany.. Sherman is 5.9cm9 cm and 42 grams (perfect weight on JacksonsJackson's ratio) Tiffany (now nicknamed BIFFanyBiffany) is 6.4cm4 cm and 60grams!!!60 grams.

I weigh and measure them both every Sunday at the same time...., they are fed only home grown weeds, weeds from my garden and some shop brought florrettteFlorrette salad to supplement. Sherman is a casual eater, he eats a little, then rests, then eats some more the. The problem is thethat Tiffany is like a hoover and will keep munching until everything has gone..., heartily eating both tortystortoises' portions... thisThis week alone she gained 6 grams and imI'm worried.. what

What I want to know is can I feed her less often iee.g. every other day until her weight stabilises?? I don't want to do anything wrong or cruel that's why imI'm asking.. I know you cant tell for years but I am convinced that Tiffany is a little girl ( onlyonly a guess but she has a tiny tail where by ShermansSherman's tail is long and fat and clearly visablevisible).

They both live together in a huge tortoise table with correct lighting and heat... butBut I do have a smaller tortoise table so could separate them for a little while..
