Improved formatting, corrected unneeded syntatic noise and capitalizations, italicized Latin name of pathogen according to naming convention, corrected names of paragraphs make them all consistent, explained some cryptic abbreviations in blood test to make it easier to understand.

Jun 10, 2014 at 0:47 comment added James Jenkins The botulism test on the hay can take several weeks. It may not be conclusive. The toxin is fairly fragile, and/or all of the contaminated areas may have been consumed. When the results come back I post what we know.

Final update?
Jun 8, 2014 at 21:25 comment added James Jenkins Currently the presumptive Dx in this case is Botulism. But has not been confirmed. No other cause matching the specific symptoms have been suggested. Answers here that match the general symptoms are encouraged.
