My pom, did not grew hair back after shaving for surgery. Now it has been one year after the surgery, and he got only like 30 percent of his hair back, and unevenly.

Now I know that the poms should not get shaved like that. But is there something I can do to trigger the hair regrowth?

Update (from comment at Feb. 2020): It will grow back, now I can say he looks like before surgery after one and half year, just dont try anything, no shampoo or medicine I mean.
